Due to overwhelming amount of inquiries related to flight disruption we are unable to respond within regular timeframes. Under certain conditions, it may take several days to get to your question. For immediate self-help sign in to My Trips and access your reservation. You will be guided through step-by-step process on how to use your reservation for future travel.
If your reservation has been affected by the pandemic it was automatically converted to a future travel voucher, meaning all value has been preserved. Access My Trips in top navigation for more information.
